Corn Pudding

 

Makes 4-6 servings

 

1 12-Oz. can kernel corn, drained
2 Tbls. Flour
2 Tbls. Sugar
2 Tbls. Butter, melted
6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 tomato diced
2 C. milk

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour into a buttered baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 30 mins. or until done.
